How We’ll Work Together
Our process is designed to be clear, collaborative, and straightforward. Here is what you can expect from start to finish:
- Introductory Call. We start with a call to learn about your business, your clients, and what you need. This helps us make sure we are the right fit and understand your goals before anything else.
- Scope of Work. We put together a contract and scope of work, timeline, and investment. We are happy to review it together and answer any questions before you commit.
- Contract and Deposit. Once you are ready to move forward, you will sign a contract and submit a deposit to reserve your place on our project schedule.
- Project Kickoff. You will share account access, photos, written content, and any other details we need to represent your business accurately. We will provide a checklist to make this easy.
- Review and Revisions. Before launch, we will share a mockup for your review and feedback. New website builds include up to two rounds of revisions to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
- Launch. We will coordinate a launch date that works for you and handle the technical details of going live.
- Handoff. We will finalize the remaining balance, transfer all login credentials, and provide training on how to manage your site where applicable.
- Ongoing Support (optional). Clients on a monthly maintenance plan receive ongoing security and plugin updates, as well as minor edits such as copy changes or image swaps at no additional cost. New pages, layout changes, or other expanded work are available as a separate service.
